We were looking for a CRM that would be simple to use, and Pipedrive turned out to be the right choice. Our company is still small, but we're expanding and launching new products. The sales and logistics teams were under pressure because we had been using an Excel sheet. It worked fine when we had only a few products, but it became harder to manage with the new additions. We tested various CRMs, and Pipedrive was the one that felt the easiest to use. It is customizable but still keeps a good structure. It's definitely a solid option for small to medium-sized companies, from what I can tell.

So, I've tried a bunch of CRM's before, and this year I tried Pipedrive for the first time. Gotta say, I kinda liked it. The layout is simple and easy to understand, and the price ain't bad either. Plus, their customer support ain't half bad. I'm kinda surprised more folks don't know about them, but I reckon they'll get more popular as people start talking about how satisfied they are with it.

After an initl rough start with setting up a call, Spencer Smith reached out to smoothen things over and that was AWSOME. He connected us with Stephani who was amazing and was so patient. This is the first time our company is using a CRM system, so knowledge was at about a 1. Stephani was absoltely awesome. Looking forward to streamline our process and increasing revenue.

I had a zoom call with Vanelee the next day, and she was also helpful and positive, showing me all the features of Pipedrive. Looking ahead, I'm excited to use Pipedrive to boost our business!

They were swift to come back to me on my many questions, and were quite clear on their answers.

However, the experience after signing the contract has been disappointing. The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is not available enough, posing a potential risk to the success of our migration project.
