FME Modules

I got these Product Labels

I got these Product Labels and Stickers module for my PS8 setup, and things didn't go smoothly at first. The new template I was using just didn’t want to play nice. But then, the FME Modules support team swooped in to save the day. Their responses were super quick, and they explained everything in a way that made it easy to fix the issues. The guidance was spot-on, no jargon, just straight to the point. If you're dealing with any hiccups on your PS sites, FME's your team. They really know their stuff and are ready to jump in when you need them. Couldn’t have sorted it out without them!

Support that actually helps

Tickets were answered the same day with screenshots and a patched file for my version. Communication was clear. What stood out was they asked for a staging login first, avoiding downtime on live during troubleshooting.

Worked, with one quirk

Mobile filter drawer overlapped the footer on one theme. I felt mildly frustrated, then support patched it the next day.

Installed in minutes

Upload the zip in PrestaShop, hit install, done. The config panel made sense and the feature showed up on my product page right away. Love saving dev time on small wins.

I grabbed the "PrestaShop AI

I grabbed the "PrestaShop AI Ultimate Bundle" hoping it would simplify my store management, but it’s been a nightmare. The module is a total flop and doesn't even do what it's supposed to. It's like throwing money into a black hole. And don’t even get me started on their support. It’s like they’ve vanished into thin air. Been over a week now, and not a single peep from them. No answers, no help, nothing. It's frustrating beyond words. I feel totally let down and still waiting on a refund. Seriously, if you're thinking about buying from them, just don’t. Save your time, save your money.

I got this Pretty URL

I got this Pretty URL module for my PrestaShop 9, thinking it was gonna make things easier. But then I found out PrestaShop banned it. So, I asked for a refund since it was useless to me. It's been a month, and they still haven't given my money back. They keep saying they'll fix it, but nothing's changed. I ended up having to find another way to solve my issue, which was frustrating. Honestly, dealing with this company has been a nightmare. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about fixing their problems or helping customers. I'd say steer clear of them if you can. It's not worth the hassle.

Easy install, big upgrade

Bought their SEO Friendly URL module and the checkout field manager. Purchase and download were instant, and install via the PrestaShop back office was painless. The settings pages are clear, and I was tweaking metadata in minutes. Ticket support replied fast when I asked about redirects.

I tried buying

I tried buying a module from this site, fmemodules.com, and it was a total disaster. The module didn’t work at all, just wouldn’t start. I thought I could sort things out by contacting their help desk, but turns out their ticket system is completely useless. I couldn't even open a ticket to get some support. Frustrated, I gave up and ended up buying another module from a different seller. Wasted both my time and money on this. It’s honestly so disappointing when you expect a product to work and then get no support at all. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them unless you’re okay with potentially losing out.

During the craziest shopping season,

During the craziest shopping season, our Store Pickup module went haywire, putting us in a real bind. Everything was chaotic, and our logistics were a mess. But the FME Modules team, particularly Umair and Arsalan, jumped in and tackled the issue head-on. They were super quick and professional, constantly updating us while they worked to fix the problem. Once they applied the solution, everything was back to normal, and our logistics team could finally breathe easy. The support we got was beyond impressive, with their follow-up and transparency making a world of difference. Kudos to FME Modules for their outstanding service. Highly recommend them for anyone in need of reliable support. Thanks, team! — Marc

I had a pretty tricky

I had a pretty tricky setup with my module, and honestly, I was expecting a headache. But it ended up being a surprisingly good experience. The module did exactly what it was supposed to do, even with my complex system. There was a bit of a hiccup with some conflicts, but the creators' support team stepped in and were super helpful. They managed to fix the issue and even catered to my specific need about gift wrapping limits, which was a big relief. In the end, everything just worked smoothly. I’m really grateful for their assistance, it made my day a whole lot easier. Thanks a lot!

Thank you!

I had a bit of a hiccup with a module that just wouldn’t cooperate. At first, there was an IP restriction that made it tricky to dive in and sort things out. After a few days, they lifted the restriction and really dug into the issue. Turns out, the module was innocent! The culprit was actually a misconfigured .htaccess file. Once they figured that out, everything fell into place. Their persistence and dedication to figuring out the root of the problem was impressive. I really appreciated their support through the whole process. Hats off to the team for not just solving the issue, but doing it with such commitment. Thank you!

I purchased the Static Blocks module to replace

I purchased the Static Blocks module to replace a different one that didn’t work with my new PS8 template (and had poor subscription support). The module did what I needed and I easily recreated my custom texts, as well as added new ones. I ran into a small issue with the block conditions and reached out about it. I don’t have FTP on either our dev or live sites, so I thought it might cause a problem for the support team. I was a bit worried when I didn’t hear back for almost a week. But, they eventually replied with an updated version of the module to try, and it resolved the issue. Would recommend with no hesitation!

Great team ever

I got the Prestashop Admin App, and I gotta say, it’s been quite the ride. At first, there was this annoying error that kept stopping the app on my phone, and I was pretty bummed out. But the support team was on it! They jumped in and got things working in just a few hours, which was a huge relief. Honestly, it’s rare to find such a responsive team. The app itself is fantastic once it’s up and running, and it’s really made managing things a lot easier. If you're thinking about it, I'd say give FME a shot. They really know how to take care of their customers and offer solid products.

I've been using the Pretty

I've been using the Pretty URLs module for a bit, and it’s been a game-changer. Right from the get-go, it did exactly what I needed without any fuss. I remember being a bit skeptical at first, like, would it really work as advertised? But boy, it sure did. And the support team? They were just awesome. Whenever I had a question or needed a bit of extra help, they were right there, super responsive and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a product that delivers so smoothly and a team that’s got your back every step of the way. If you're on the fence about getting it, just go for it – you won't regret it.

Bought this Custom Registration Fields

Bought this Custom Registration Fields module from FME Modules for my PrestaShop store, and it's been a total lifesaver. I could customize the registration process just how I wanted for my client’s shop, using required fields, dropdowns, and checkboxes, and guess what? No need for any coding hassle. The setup was a breeze, and it works smoothly on the latest PrestaShop versions too. What I really appreciate is how customer data integrates right into order details and those PDF invoices. And the support? Top-notch! They were super quick to respond and really helpful with their guidance. If you’re looking to tweak your registration forms without much fuss, this module's a must-have.

I've been tinkering with my PrestaShop store and came across the Save for Later module from FMEModules. Let me tell you, it's been a game-changer. Installing it was a breeze, and it fit right in with my store's look. Now, my customers can easily save items they're eyeing, which has really cut down on abandoned carts. I picked up the Prestashop

I picked up the Prestashop Restrict Payment Methods Module recently and honestly, it's been a fantastic experience. The module does exactly what it promises without any hiccups. I ran into a small issue at first, but their support team was on it immediately, guiding me through the solution like pros. It’s rare to find such responsive and helpful customer service these days, and it made a world of difference. Communicating with them was smooth and efficient, which I really appreciated. Bought this module and ran

Bought this module and ran into some issues getting it set up on our site. We reached out for help, and honestly, they were super quick to respond. Not only did they fix the installation issue, but they also helped us with another problem we hadn't even noticed before. The team really knew their stuff and was incredibly dependable. Big thanks to them!

I recently picked up the

I recently picked up the Static Blocks module to replace another one that just wouldn't work with my new PS8 template. The old module’s support was practically non-existent. Static Blocks did everything I needed, and I could easily recreate my old custom texts and add new ones. There was a small bug with block conditions, and I reported it. Since I don't have FTP active on both dev and live sites, I was worried it might be an issue for their support team. It took almost a week, but they got back to me with a new version that fixed the problem. Happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it!

I had some trouble with

I had some trouble with the "Gift cards" module and reached out to the support team. I wasn't expecting much, but they totally blew me away with how quickly they fixed everything. They were super professional, and before I knew it, everything was working perfectly. I was really impressed by how efficient they were, and it made a huge difference for me. I can't recommend their services enough. They really know what they're doing, and it shows. Thanks a ton for the awesome support!

I had a really frustrating

I had a really frustrating experience with this service. After the installation, my site was a mess and I ended up losing a whole day's worth of orders. It wasn’t about the module not working, but more about them not checking if it was compatible with my theme and other modules. They missed something obvious like the duplicate connection link on mobile. And when I asked to add postal code and telephone fields, they added it in a completely wrong place. I had to hire another developer to fix things. The module just didn’t work well with my setup, so I had to remove it. I’m now asking for a refund.
