Support gut, etwas langsam
Reaktion kam nach rund 36 Stunden. Erklärungen waren sachlich, haben das Abo-Thema verständlich gemacht. Mein Anliegen mit Credits wurde gelöst, hätte schneller sein dürfen.

Domestika review: creative online courses and Plus subscriptions
Domestika is an international online learning platform focused on creative and professional disciplines. This Domestika review covers individual video courses and the recurring Domestika Plus subscription rather than live degree programs. Subjects include illustration, photography, crafts, design, marketing, architecture, web and app design and other creative fields. Course videos are delivered online, and many classes use subtitles or translated materials to serve learners outside the instructor’s native language.
Courses, certificates and Domestika Plus
Courses can be purchased individually and kept in the user’s account, while Plus operates through recurring monthly or annual billing. Current Plus marketing advertises access to more than 1,000 included courses and adds new titles to the rotating subscriber catalogue each week. Subscribers also receive credits that can be exchanged for courses they want to keep permanently.
The current annual Plus offer is shown at $164.50 for the first year, equivalent to $13.79 per month when billed annually, while the monthly option is displayed at $33.90. The annual page states that renewal after the promotional first year is $329. Plus users receive 12 annual credits or one credit per monthly billing period according to the selected plan.
Payments, cancellations and refund conditions
A directly purchased standalone course can normally be refunded within 14 calendar days, provided the account has not consumed or downloaded a substantial amount of the content. Once approved, course access is removed and the refund goes back to the original payment method. Purchases through Apple or Google follow the relevant app-store refund procedure.
Domestika Plus subscriptions, renewals and charges made after a Plus trial are non-refundable under the current policy. Users can cancel automatic renewal through their account, but access remains active until the end of the paid period. A free trial converts automatically to the selected paid plan if it is not cancelled before the trial ends. Courses redeemed with Plus credits can be exchanged for another eligible course but are not refunded for cash.
